"Stopped by for ice cream and Biber, also referred to as Bieber in other shops. The later is a pastry of gingerbread with an almond marzipan filling. I guess this Region is known for this cookie/pastry. All bakeries in this region sells this goodie but the flavour of it varies between and among bakeries. We had some here and we will be taking some home."
