He is very proud of his new restaurant, as he should be, and spent time explaining and advising us through the delectable choices on the menu, the careful sourcing and planning of his recipes, the delicious wine selections, and the INCREDIBLE house made bread. I loved the attention to detail of our appetizer and then the black pig ribs. And it was a welcomed break from pasta and pizza.
