"We stayed at the Embassy Suites, Altamonte Springs, FL, which houses an Omaha Steaks restaurant, while Hurricane Ina. It was a catastrophe because the restaurant could only serve a few people due to short staff. We could never get to the restaurant. We had to go to snacks because of flooding and loss of power, as all restaurants in the area were closed. My proposal is to close the restaurant and offer a soup and sandwich buffet. So everyone is fed at a reasonable price. Mr. Colon, hotel manager, supports this idea."

"We went to the brunch, the food was great and was a nice atmosphere. the service left something to wish, a table that came after us, received their commands well before we got ours and then the escaped came before our appetizers were finished. had to ask for what we ordered. the general manager was very nice and as we apologized for the lack of Luster service. I understand that the search for good help for all companies was a challenge and will clearly give them the advantage of the doubt. we will return because everything else was really great."
