"The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the food is typically very good. Service, however, has been and remains a problem. On our last visit (for lunch on a weekday during which we were all on lunch breaks), we waited 30 minutes before anyone even came to take a drink order (and that only after we sought the assistance of the host). The food then took a long time to be delivered, but was very good. Unfortunately, we then had to chase down a waiter to bring the check (when our original waitress never reappeared). When he returned after running our credit cards with the receipts for us to sign, he neglected to include my credit card, and we had to search for it among various waitstaff. We reported the poor service to the host and hostess on our way out, but they simply looked at us with blank stares with no offer of apology."

"Great location! We were here in October 2021, we had excellent lattes, especially considering we got there quite late in the morning and they were out of whole milk. We don't ever drink lattes with 2% but these were excellent even so, so I imagine they're amazing with your milk of choice. Also had a very very good bagel with pesto cream cheese. This is in my top two lattes I had in Chicago, over the course of a week."
