"Great little coffee not far from Kings Cross station. The owners were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the coffee all of which is sourced directly by them. I tired the Columbia which had a good sweetness with chocolaty undertones. Well recommended and I'll be sure to visit again"

"I 'm here very often, the coffee is amazing, the food is great and the staff is friendly and polite. However, I 've seen a lady a few times that seems to be manager/owner, once she served me lunch in a bad mood, not making eye contact at ll, shouting 'who 's next ' but today, when the shop was full of customer and around 7 staff, she was having a go at two members of staff, one of them is the nicest man in the shop. It was rude and completely out of place in front of customers, just a nasty way. If you can 't handle the stress levels, please leave it to the good staff who does it with a smile."

"This is a very bad experience. I have a trip today, but the train is off around 17:00, so I wanna to find a cafe to stay and have something to eat. I arrived here around 10:00 and order a cup of coffee. After I finished, the staff was keeping coming and check if everything was fine, I knew they wanted me to order more if I planned to stay longer, thus I order a granola bowel, tbh I was too full to have it, so it cost me like more than 1 hour to finish it. After this, they were still keeping coming and ask me if I could like to order anything else. I said no then they were asked me to leave as there were a lot of customers were queuing downstairs and, if I had nothing to order, I may have to give in my table to them. It was raining outside, and it is very very cold. I already paid my coffee and brunch, I sat on the corner studying without disturbing anyone, but I was still kicked off by their staff. They gave me the bill including the service fee which I was not sure if it’s mandatory as I didn’t see it when I ordered my coffee. I packed my stuff and went downstairs, there was NO ONE queuing at all, PLUS there were still a few tables available. That’s it, I paid my food, I sat there quietly, it’s winter and raining outside, but I was still being “asked” to leave. This is the worst experience that I had in London, or I should say, in this country. I rarely leave a low start comment unless I felt like not being respectful. I will never ever visited there again, and if you are planning to go, think about it carefully. I am very angry and upset about this experience, I am very glad to leave this comment on their every social media so that people could see how they treated their customers."

"Avoid them if they have children or a larger group. be ready for rudness, unaccomodating owners and are turned away even if empty and many tables are available! I've been in silverberry for years and never had many complaints. yes, one of the managers is rude and yes, I have seen that he cried several times before the costumers at his personal and touched the aggressive/harrassive behavior. never was very much accommodating, but because most times we were only 2 would not cause much annoying. as we had a baby, we noticed that we were very unwilling at this place. it's incredible what we saw. sometimes the palate is almost empty and still says the manager that there is no...more"
