"We are very careful to go to a caffe because the risk of catching the virus, but the way the personal works and guide this costa in our view is exceptional. all workers were masks, they clean the tables and other areas that were touched by humans. they regulate the amount of people who go in. they can ask people to adhere to the rules that are great, and if someone takes away from it, then they are the problem not the personal in costa. "The third time recently it was about mcflurries. it was very busy and we have quenched 20 minutes. the ad for mcflurries is the first they come. the commander is beyond the hoarding and once there they are obliged. to wait. Finally, you have to say the loudspeaker and order to say only, it's sorry the machine doesn't work. had to go through behind a slow service to get out. these places have manager. how does none of them come to be trained to show a sign that some items cannot be available. if we had had had a mark on the McFlurry-Hoarding, we could have left the waits sooner and had not been forced to go through the whole thing."
