"Went here yesterday 18th august 21. What a shambles, one half of the place is reserved for all the delivery waiters even though nobody was using this half. I waited about 20minutes for the meal to be brought to an area that was packed and in need of a clean. Food was quite rubbish, fish fillet burger was stuck to the burger container. I think macdonalds need to rethink their strategy, not good that they are keeping customers and these drivers seperate, they dont work that hard that an entire half of the place is kept clear for them. Its gone down the nick im afraid and until they get back to basics im using burger king. Total rubbish and wouldnt advise anyone to use the macdonalds on prescot retail."
