"They say the outcome of the week depends on how you start it so I decided to jumpstart the first official business day of 2020 by visiting this attractive coffee shop along Leviste. I've always been curious but couldn't find the time. Today was an exception. It looked tiny from the outside but when you step inside it doesn't feel that way. You'll instantly feel the cozyness and comfort because of its simple and homey interiors. I tried their black coffee and ensaymada. The coffee was great! I was hoping for the bread to be the soft and fluffy kind but it was the toasted and flaky type. But it's still tasty! The staff were friendly and I must say young. I'm not sure but they could be the owners. The chairs were comfortable. The restroom is well designed and maintained. Visit this place when you want to take a break in the afternoon. Did I mention how close it is to one of the parks in Makati?"

"After a fantastic lunch or dinner from Your Local, a MUST go to Yardstick, which is right next door. A nice place to relax or study, or even for a little get-together with friends. I go to this cafe a lot for their great coffee and delicious pastries. I have never tried their meals but will definitely try their meals soon"

"The first Toby's Estate branch (correct me if I'm wrong) and probably the best one. Every time I visit this branch, it gives me this homey vibe. I usually stay here around 2-3 hours because it's just so chill and cozy that I'm lazy to actually leave. It's a perfect place to study even tho it's always busy. Pair it up their awesome coffee and their famous buckys!"

"We came here for the #CheesyLikeSundayMorning brunch buffet which promptly starts at 11:00. All guests are seated on one long table with beautiful setting. This is the first time I've experienced a sit-down buffet and it was quite nice, especially because the service was awesome. Drinks are limited to two servings. Food was fantastic -- I love how they used the humble Pinoy breads such as the Spanish Bread & Makabayan (which is delicious when topped with melted raclette). I was truly delighted that dessert was Key Lime Pie, as it was a perfect contrast after consuming all that cheesy goodness. I ended up eating 2 slices of Key Lime Pie! Their Flat White had a strong flavour, and I could not ask for a better way to end such a rich meal.<br>
The #CheesyLikeSundayMorning brunch buffet is definitely an experience one will rave about for quite some time. Make sure to reserve ahead of time to secure your slot!"

"Very hip cafe in Solace Hotel, San Antonio Makati. Fresh pastries, good cocktail, fast wifi and good service Since it was very late for a coffee, I had the Old Fashioned with Monkey Shoulder instead. Decent cocktail made great by the quality of the Scotch Whisky Tried 2 pastries since we'd had our dinner at Satinka next door. The kouign amann was very good. A flaky, sweet pastry kind of like a croissant but sweeter and softer. The apple turnover was also good and tasted fresh."
