"My husband took me to Casa di Tutti and it was fabulous! We started with the pizza like garlic, cheese and herb focaccia which had the right amount of garlic for us. Yum! I had the mushroom risotto and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had...the veal and loved it. We then shared the Italian doughnuts and ice cream and they were heavenly! The staff were great and the wine excellent. I think this will become one of our ‘go to’ places for special events and a regular hang out for pizzas which looked great. Thank you to the chef and staff for a lovely evening the first time we have ever celebrated Valentines Day despite being together for 15 years. You made the night very memorable for us!"

"Needing breakfast on a coolish Melbourne morning we decided to try this little eatery tucked away in Collins Street (Southern Cross station end). In a relaxed and unpretentious environment, we enjoyed great coffee, tasty food, reasonable prices and friendly and prompt service. Lightly grilled bacon, egg and cheese in Turkish bread for two and 2 coffees under $20! Highly recommended."

"Cafe Republic took me by surprise. Honestly I haven’t seen it pop up on any social media or any foodies pages, so when my friend suggested it I was a little bit skeptical. However, it was a lovely brunch. Not overly flamboyant and the food was tasty along with very good service. <br/ <br/ I ordered the green breakfast bowl, the portion could have been a little bigger for me. The poached eggs were perfect, the pumpkin was sweet and delicious. And the greens were all seasoned really well. As I said feel the portion could be a little bigger or maybe a slice of toast could be added. <br/ <br/ The granola was huge! A great portion size. With plenty of fruit which I loved. The fruit was fresh and varied from blueberries to passionfruit. The panacotta had a lovely wobbly and hint of sweet vanilla.<br/ <br/ The service was fab, I didn’t want avocado with my bowl and they happily swapped it out for mushrooms. That’s something you don’t really get in Melbourne usually they still charge you so I loved that extra bit of customer care. <br/ <br/ A really pleasant surprise. A homely feel. I will visit again. :"
