"If you have to close your store 30+ minutes early at the very end of the day please have the decency and customer service skills to find a pen an paper to put a sign in your window to explain why. Don’t stand in the kitchen in plain sight of the door ignoring your customers outside as they try the door. Furthermore, don’t turn round after they knock on the door and gesture that you are closed. It’s patently obvious you are closed, your customers want to know why! Why?"

"A friend ordered sausage mash, and waited for an hour only to be told that they had run out of sausages. All of the soap dispensers in the men’s toilets were empty. I paid £18 for beans on toast. The staff were friendly apologetic I think it was understaffed."

"In the heart of richmond with easy access a 2 days clean and well presented with modern and simple decor terrace bakery that sells vegan cakes, what they can ask otherwise. I tried many cheesecakes before, but no one tasted as delicious as this passion cheesecake. for a place as beautiful as this the only thing I would see differently next time I would visit, it would be that they replace tee leaves tee bag."

"First time I drove past this place several times. the coffee was on the spot, but I had to let a check for the carrot cake! omg! homemade and super damp a baker myself I am a sticky for which I am served masslessly made tasteless cake! I've been watching the lemon puzzle cake so on my next list! well done I'll be back sooner than you think"

"We hadn't noticed this coffee shop before as it is slightly off the beaten path. It has seating inside and out and as the weather was pleasant we sat outside. We had a Cortado and the coffee was excellent. We also had a peanut blondie which was absolutely delicious."

"After failing to get supper in Twickenham after the rugby I was back a couple of weeks later for work and this time did manage to get some lunch. Decided on this place while wondering by and was glad we chose this place. Quite a mix of food on offer and all freshly cooked. I had a dhal and then a toasted sandwich, with goats cheese and a nice spicy salami and some excellent coffee while my colleague wolfed down a full English. Tasty and good value too!"
