"I placed my order online while waiting in the parking lot. My order was ready on time and was being placed on the counter as soon as I entered the restaurant. Took it back home to Richmond, VA. My grub: Quarter chicken (dark meat): amazing Ribs: I will now be driving to Charlottesville specifically for these ribs. They're sauced with something sweet and a little tangy, and they fell off the bone. Roasted veggies: undercooked for my taste, but I roasted them a little more in the oven and they were fine. Poblano rice: amazing Tamal con frijoles: good I also tried all the sauces but didn't know which was which. The creamier ones were my fave."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I had a enchilada ranchero which had a tasty sauce with steak bits. The enchiladas had chicken. The rice was good. My wife had a chicken quesadilla. I gave her the lettace sour cream and tomato from my dish since hers was very plain. The chips were not real fresh but weren't stale. They were good. The salsa was good and spicy."

"Great atmosphere! Customer service was fantastic and the meal was excellent! My sweet potato was the best I've ever eaten! The ribs fell off the bone! My son had a whole chicken, plantain and some sort of French fries that were not potatoes! We live in Roanoke, this is in Charlottesville! I'm going back just to eat there again! All around awesome!"
