"Food was delicious. But... Service was absolutely horrible!!! I called earlier in the afternoon placing a timed order to be picked up at 6. When I got there, there was no one up front to greet me. I had to call to let somebody know I was there after waiting a few minutes. When I gave them my name, they said there was no order under that name nor an order in their system of what I asked for. I was told by the manager that if I wanted to pay for my food, they would be more than willing to make my order. Excuse me , of course I would be willing to pay for my food. The manager walked to the back once again to see if he could find my order by chance and while walking away from me he rudely says Jesus Christ and mumbles some other stuff that I couldn't understand. He then asks me if I had a timed order for 6 and I told him yes. Mind you I had already told them I placed the order for 6 what the order was. Now he's found it. So long story short I get argued with that there is no order when there was, I get insulted the young girl with the long black hair was so rude she wouldn't even let me finish my sentences while arguing with me rolling her eyes. After all that, the rude manager finally apologizes saying sorry for the mix up. I'm a manager for a different food chain. If that girl with the black hair was my employee, I would fire her for speaking to one of my customers the way she spoke to me. I love the wings from East Coast, but I will never be coming back to this location.There is a restaurant down the street that has great wings as well. I will be going there from now on.Ps. This is the second time they have lost my order. Last time was for Super Bowl Sunday."
