"My friend and I went there for the first time last night and I love all the aesthetics and how they have unique dishes; a little to offer for everyone. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and they use it all. more"

"I had the sugar free raspberry latte. Delicious! This place has many sugar free syrups to choose from compared to other coffee shops that only have 2 or 3."

"Drive-thru service is good. The sandwich bread and ingredients were fresh. The prices are higher than expected. Almost $8 for a medium veggie sandwich and it was mostly chopped lettuce."

"My girlfriend chose this place for my birthday and I?ve never heard of it or been here. I?m always on the fence about places I haven?t researched but this turned out to be one of the best places I?ve ever been. I wouldn?t change a thing about the food but more importantly the service was like nothing I?ve ever experienced. The staff payed such close attention to our needs even outside of our main server. We will be back the level of respect and quality is well worth the price."

"I recommended Bravo when a friend suggested Italian for dinner. We made a reservation via Open Table and were glad we did based on the crowd. The lobby was chaotic but we got a table fairly quick. We did not see a server for another 15 20 minutes. Dinner was disappointing. The oil for the bread, the salad (for $7 extra! Never again) and the pasta woozie (somewhat overcooked, both the noodles and grilled chicken). Service was even more disappointing. We had to flag our person down for silverware, refills, etc. Everything was slow just a glass of wine was a 30 minute wait. Our dinner took us 2.5 hours. While my friend and I happily gabbed, other parties were quiet and irritated, grabbing other servers to get boxes and their checks. It'll be a long while before heading back."

"This location is usually run by people who know how to do their job, very well, I might add. I’m friends with a lot of the employees, and have been informed that the manager is out for medical reasons so the owner of a few locations is taking over. Since he’s taken over (which was about a week ago) 4 employees have either quit, threatened to quit, or put in their two weeks. His name is Tim, and he expects respect from everyone but doesn’t give it in return. After only his first day, 2 people walked out. He’s thrown away MULTIPLE employees belongings and laugh at them when they ask him about it. He asked employees when inventory was done, which they answered they did it day before, he didn’t believe or trust them, so he made them do it again. The normal manager Brian has a way of running that place that the employees respect, if Tim keeps up his way of management, that location will not have anymore workers.. and everyone’s favorite dominos location will be closed. I do not support people who run businesses with the intention of disrespecting people working beneath them. Respect is earned, not given. I’ve quit jobs because of disrespectful management. Why would anyone want to work for someone they don’t respect? It’s crazy to me that within a week of Tim running this store, he’s driven 3, almost 4 employees out. So it’s very possible for The manager to come back to work and won’t have any employees because of HIS boss. Which would be a lot to fall under Brian for just coming back from surgery."
