"I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Pasta. It was fresh, and absolutely decadent. The wine was also amazing and the ambiance was bright yet romantic. A special shout-out to the owner who allowed a special birthday surprise that took over the patio with live music and lots of singing and clapping. The service was the only thing that was finicky, it was slow and scattered with many forgotten items (overall significant lost sales for the restaurant), and other wrongly distributed orders. However, some of this was remedied when mentioned with the exception of the missed orders due to timing. All in all, the food, ambiance, and the owner allowing the surprise made for the perfect evening and I would 100% go back just for that. Thank you Via Emilia for filling our evening with delicious food, singing, and a beautiful ambiance."

"I'm here and just ate the first meal. I had the cheeks with a side of red paprika, mushrooms and zucchini. I could not really have anything else because my other decisions were soy based. veggies were perfection, but the flat brot was very salty. I barely ate this and when I made sure that I had a lot of sweet and arugula salat to supplement it. my waiter can check me and I told him that everything was good except the salty flatbrea. his answer, that's just the recipe that I've left because it wasn't a big thing for me. then his mgr came by to talk to me about the salty flatbread I had wondered about because I really complained. (I just wanted to eat and return to basketball game home.) the mgr approached me nicely and confirmed that I thought the brot was salty. then he said we served all day and nobody complained. Maybe it's just salty for them I immediately mean fork and knife down to explain to him that I didn't complain, but I had a training opportunity for both him and his staff. I explained that it doesn't matter what other people thought or how the recipe is made, that was my experience with their eating and that should be recognized and not released. I explained that I was not angry, but despised that they would not see how the customers experience is what counts most. when I felt salty, alternatives do not inadvertently claim to be lying. after our coaching session I went on to complete ny meal. After I finished, I waited patiently for the bill. the mgr came by instead and offered to compose my meal and offer me something else. I have rejected the offer respectfully because there were very little options for me again. (I had to create this meal for me from their ingredient list.) 3 stars for the saltiness of the brotes, the answer of the waiter, and the fact that I had to stop my meal to train them on customer service. I will not be back only because of the limited options and nothing more. oh and I was attacked by so many mosquitoes! they should have a kind of defense outside so that the patrons feed in peace."
