"I am extremely disappointed. We went here on purpose, having read about the history of this place, which has more than 100 years, and about the traditions that are kept here. However, I can't say that the pizza was delicious. The dough was too hard, dried and stale. Maybe because it's initially machine-rolled before being shaped into a circle by hand, or because of the ingredients. Anyway, this dough was simply impossible to eat, as it was hard as a stone. Before our order was brought, I thought that I would like to try all the pizzas here, since pizza is my favorite dish that I am ready to eat every day. After we tried the classic Margherita and Neapolitana, there is no desire to try something else. This is definitely not Italian pizza and rather something in between Italian and “Dutch style”. While we were waiting for the order, they brought us a ciabatta with an appetizer, which was nice but it was soon taken away, although we did not finish it. That was strange."
