"The location is perfect! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about cross contamination. She showed me their separate oven used only for GF pizzas. She went on to explain that they use a clean pan and utensils for the pasta. She even showed me the brand of gluten free pasta which she said is one of the best in Italy! We ordered the Focaccia II Vivo with mozzarella, caramelized onions, goat cheese and Serrano ham. It was absolutely delicious. The dough was soft and flavorful! She said it’s a combination of corn flours. This restaurant is so worth the short drive outside of downtown Palma!"
