"While wandering in Venice, I made a quick stop at Farini for coffee but was drawn in by its cozy ambiance, so I decided to stay. The café was vibrant, and the staff were helpful. I ordered a café latte and was pleased with it. They offered a variety of food and drink options. Overall, it was a delightful experience. "After a long day of walking around the historic city we were in the mood for something small to eat accompanied by a glass of delicious wine. After jumping from one overcrowded and overpriced osteria to another, we finally found this gem located near our hotel. The interiors have a nice rustic feel just as one would hope from a snack bar, a long with pleasant staff. A major bonus was that they accepted cards. We got our delicious sandwiches and ended up enjoying more than just one glass of amazing Chianti served at the perfect temperature, all very reasonably priced."

"DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT EATING AT APPRODO'S. First of all it is WELL DOCUMENTED (like it even says it on the menu) that this place is buying frozen pizzas and TV dinners from the local grocery store and microwaving them and charging triple the price plus service fees. They don't even cut your pizza....it's straight from the box to the microwave to your table. Read the 1 star reviews and you will see also where they admit this. Even being what it is that is nothing compared to the experience I had there where I literally got into a screaming match with the arrogant waiter who then summoned several other waiters to gang up on me all because I asked to sit by the water (they were absolutely empty with no customers at all). He just wanted to argue and berate me continually. We ended up leaving without any food and I still had to pay. I have never in my life been treated like this in any venue especially by someone as low class as he was. Happy travels and heed my strong advise!!"
