"After traveling all day to meet my son... We spent time and money out in the very cold weather to get to STK for a late dinner... my son's last meal in DC after serving his country in the House of Representatives. Arrived on time to an insanely loud scene. The host informed us that they closed the kitchen and would not serve us even though we had a confirmed reservations and arrived on time. He was incredibly rude and lied about having attempted to call us. I had my phone in my hand with not one single call from STK. Will remember this and never go back to any STK locations after this treatment. Tell two friends... and so on. Unbelievable."
