"We made a mistake to keep this restaurant because we thought it was a restaurant that we visited two times last years. that wasn't like that. we didn't recognize it and talked to the very polite staff, made us realize that we made a mistake. The restaurant looked beautiful, modern and the staff seemed very appropriate. also the menu was exceptional. we have taken the most elaborate menu with wine pairing and I must say: all the courses were very nice and excellent taste. some were also very kreatiw. I'll get the oysters in a special gelly. the first time that I really experienced that the creation added some positur in addition to the beautiful oysters, and I know a lot about oystering and prepare them while I live near ile d’oleron. also the various weeping were added perfectly to eat and were from the normal routine. the only problem we had was that the courses were served very quickly after each other as if they wanted us to go home as soon as possible. in that we had reserved at a somewhat later time at lunchtime, 1.30 I believe and when we were finished, all the other guests had already left. but in a Michelin-star restaurant this must not be a problem, and they agreed completely when we reserved ourselves. we could not have come half an hour earlier. so the service was very professional, but there was a personal note. really something the owner has to think about."
