"A very enjoyable dining experience, the servers were super friendly and helpful. The uni scrambled egg with truffle caviar truly amazed me with the rich flavors, the sweet miso ties everything together. Strongly recommend trying that, it is AMAZING.I really wanted to love the snow crab mazemen with bone marrow but it is way too heavy for my taste. The sauce was a bit greasy, a bit too sweet and the bone marrow on top of that is just too much, but if a super thick Alfredo sauce is your pick then you'd definitely love this! I would love to try the chirashi one day...The Foie Gras Sushi is alright, a bit too salty after its marination in miso and has a bit of a strong cooking wine taste. The texture was smooth and nice though.The matcha ice cream was the cherry on top, didn't expect it be this great... can't exactly tell why it just tasted extra awesome lol.Would really recommend to anyone who'd like a very cozy dining experience!"
