"Premier Mets was recommended by a few local friends, but we are always cautious about Michelin starred places. 1 st surprise: the place is small, cozy, 25 seats, the lady of the place is there to great you. 2nd surprise: prices are soft, both for...food, menus from 24€ to 51 for 5 courses. Wines are reasonable as well. A second Pauillac for 55€. 3rd surprise: the food is delicious, creative, light, perfectly cooked. The service is reasonably quick. You leave happy, satisfied, not feeling stuffed, and at a reasonable cost. We’ll be back!"

"The first time I went there I loved this restaurant, we took the menu at 47€ it was very correct and a good value for money, the service was at the top. I recently returned for the same type of visit and I was very disappointed. First of all we took the menu at 69€ there was too much waiting between the dishes 30 to 40min which was proposed in did not correspond to a price of this kind and a service more than deplorable that did not even listen to our observations and did not even make a gesture knowing that at 2 we had very well consumed. It was a very horrible time that I've been through, I'm not going to put my feet in this place where the staff is a little too pretentious. It was a disappointment for me who had loved the first time and had recommended it to many!"

"Just walk in trying to avoid the center. This place has very nice views and it is quiet and relaxed. We choose Menu 2. Service is professional and friendly, just let them guide you. Cheese selection is wide and delicious."

"First, my rating doesn 't consider the food, which I haven 't had the opportunity to taste. My rating considers the very sad lack of professionalism and problem-solving shown by the staff. We called the day before and booked a table. We arrived and we were greeted,... you don 't have a reservation, do you? (It looks like even a simple Bonsoir is not used anymore). Then I told them I had booked and shown them the call I made the day before. The staff started blaming a colleague which was not present that mistakenly put our reservation on a different date, briefly telling us it doesn 't matter if we had reserved, they won 't accept us in any case (it was only 20:30 and we were two). They didn 't even try to find any solution to their mistake, they barely said sorry, quickly send us off with a sarcastic Come back tomorrow . I am not rating the menu, but I think a future customer must know you have the chance to be treated like a dog, and the consideration they have of clients (you are just any day facture). I 'm not blaming the mistake (we all make them), but the way the staff has dealt with that and talked to us, that is just millions of kilometers away from any kind of professionalism."
