"We visited on recommendation and were so disappointed. We arrived a few minutes late as we had trouble finding the restaurant, however we did call them to get directions and let them know. After being shown to our table and placing our order we waited and waited and waited. After about 20 mins we finally got our drinks, 45 mins later we were still waiting for food. We called the waiter over and he said they had been waiting for us to enjoy our aperitifs. Another 45 mins later we still had no food, we called someone over again and they finally came back and said they had lost the order, they then tried to imply it was our fault due to the table we were sat at which was the table they sat us at! When we finally got the food it was good but not worth the wait. All the restaurant would offer by way of apology was to take a Perrier and half a lager off the bill. Definitely one to avoid!"
