"Nice and attentive service, nice cooking of fish and poultry. Excellent sauvignon from New Zealand to change rosés or whites from Provence. Foie gras served a little too cold. Pavlova for dessert...but the cooking of the meringue should be slightly revised to be a little less sticky."
