"Closed for many years, this famous choletese table has just reopened. the frame, overlooking the ribou lake, is really nice. We have chosen a gourmet menu at 30 euros that really worth its price. we recommend a choice of meat because it is the speciality home and you will not be disappointed with the flavor of this meat that stays almost 2 weeks in the fridge which has the effect of concentrating the sugars and thus the flavors (the hotel master will passionately explain it to you)!The products are fresh, the service is impeccable and the advices for the wines are good."

"Initially, we had come on the recommendation of the backpacker, reading the various opinions made us more comfortable in our choice. "A well-presented meal and service was impeccable. The menu tradition is more than correct and, I find, corresponds well to its price. Inside, the foie gras with the strawberry touch is excellent. The red tuna is of the same acabit and the accompaniment of small vegetables is noted in taste. The dessert was a slaughter: cherry and chocolate mixture on a crisp pan. The dishes are not necessarily very copied but we go out with the feeling of having eaten well. For all this, I put 5 stars!"
