"A friend who lives locally took me here to enjoy a local meal. I felt like I was in on a secret. I didn't want anything fancy, just good French food, and La Borie Blanche hit it out of the park. The setting is beautiful and off the beaten path, it's like going to your French Grandmother's house for dinner. Everything from start to finish was perfect, and all for only 50€ for 2. I'm still dreaming of the duck fat fried potatoes!"

"Eating here was one of the highlights of our week in Domme. Despite being busy, the staff were friendly and attentive, but also allowed us to take our time to enjoy watching the hot air balloons float past and the sun set over the Dordogne valley. The food was amazing throughout the red mullet fillets were beautifully fresh and perfectly cooked. Not only was the food delicious but it looked fantastic too. My wife chose the cheese selection and was presented with a trolley of literally dozens of local cheeses to choose from. Our son can be a fussy eater but there was plenty on the menu for him and he loved every course. Thoroughly recommended for a special treat you won't regret it."

"When there is already a top class pizza restaurant in the village it seems a shame to change what was a perfectly acceptable local restaurant. Nevertheless there is still a reasonable choice on the remainder of the menu and it is fairly priced. We have eaten there twice in the last few months and each time we were received and served in a friendly manner, we did not experience any of the rudeness experienced by others! The food was reasonably tasty and cooked as requested, wine was reasonably priced and good value. Acceptable, though when we went the restaurant was not full!"
