"Thanks to Frequency Nord for advising us the address of this small inn near Berck. Chef Dan has feasted on us with his foie gras cocotte with a slice of melon with espelette chili pepper.A delight! What about his lamb fillet and meat juice? A marvel! Do not forget to add the rose salt grain of the 'himalaya'. Its dessert, a gourmet but light plate to finish the meal. A good wine (glass) for drivers. And the coffee with the chocolates... go with your eyes closed to make your taste buds travel. This wizard master marvelled us. We will surely return"
