"They deserve all the praise they get, including Michelin 's Bib Gourmand. The plates are refined, well thought out, presented superbly and the service is top class, too yet very down to earth and non pretentious. Usually restaurants this good get very up themselves, but not these guys. Love the wine by the ficelle order a bottle of wine, drink as much as you can and if you do not finish it, you pay only what you consumed, they put in special ficelle (line) in the bottle to measure the quantity. Apparently it was done like that in the old days of moyen age . Fat chance though, we drank the whole bottle."
