"Ophelia is the fine dining facility in constanz, in an art deco villa on the bottom sea, and dirk hoberk and team earn their two stars and accents. the menu we had was excellent by the superb amuse bouche (lake constance whitefish; flower flower truffle; charred...leek; a very interesting duroc cataific by the scallop with fennel, dill, buttermilk and caviar, the carabinero, monkfish with artichoke and pork bauch, to guinea fowl and dessert. the service was attentive, but a little on the formal side, but then we compared it with the service in black forest room in the night before. the wine list is strong on local and German weeping; note that the wee from Lake Constance (lake constance) at the beginning of the wine list do not clearly distinguish white and red, which can lead to misunderstandings and in our case actually led to one. one of the better two stars we have visited over the years."
