"Belle découverte ! Les plats sont cuisinés et de bonne qualité, tout comme les produits. L'équipe de salle est jeune et dynamique, un peu désorganisée parfois mais de là a dire qu'ils sont incompétents ... Je ne comprend pas certaines critiques ! Car je pense qu'il est facile de poser un jugement lorsque nous ne connaissons pas les "coulisses" des établissements que nous fréquentons. Les personnes qui y travaillent n'en restent pas moins que des êtres humains ! Nous qui critiquons derrière notre ordinateur ou autres appareils, confortablement installés, ne faisons jamais signe de faiblesse ou de fatigue ? Quoi qu'il en soit, je préfère aller manger dans ce genre d'établissement (ou l'on fait de la vraie cuisine) plutôt que d'aller dans un établissement ou l'on mange du préfabriqué et ou l'on vous vend un pavé de boeuf Rossini en fine tranche tout droit sorti de chez Davigel... avec du foie gras mi cuit dessus... (établissement qui sont beaucoup mieux noté par ailleurs, car moins cher... Et oui lorsque que l'on ne cuisine pas l'on peut vendre moins cher !) Bref je retournerai avec grand plaisir dans cette brasserie (même s'il y a des petits couacs de temps à autres ;) )Ps: je vous conseille la salade Italienne et la coupe tarte au citron !!"

"We were taken to Le Beaulieu by LeMans residents who were proud to show off the local Michelin star restaurant. We, and our hosts, were not let down. Downstairs there is a nicely appointed café/brasserie, upstairs was all French elegance. The staff was highly trained,...attentive, but not obsequious. The owner chef was welcoming, friendly, happy, and clearly invested in his guests ' experience and in his dishes. There were a limited number of menu items, but they were very receptive to preference alterations. First, the tiny tastes , each masterful. Then there was The Egg. How does one make an egg appetizer with a touch of fois gras with 10 tastes and textures that I had never experienced before? Then lovely beef and asparagus, and decadent dessert. The others had fish, with universally positive reviews. A truly Top 10 experience!"
