"We drove from Moliets and couldn't find a restaurant that we loved (it was almost all pizzerias in the Leon Centre), when Barbara discovered the sign for a Ferme Auberge. It was at least 2 km from Leon, but boy was worth it. In an earlier life, I ran a chain of French brasseries in London, so I really know that the food was both excellent quality and value. They breed their own ducks, make their own foie grass, do I have to say more? We think of a revisit as I have to try the familiar...."

"We were cycling from Moliets and couldn't find a restaurant we fancied (it was nearly all Pizzerias in Leon centre) when Barbara spotted the sign for a Ferme Auberge. It was at least 2kms from Leon but boy was it worth it. In a past life I ran a chain of French Brasseries in London so I really do know that the food was both excellent quality and value.
