"Wonderful experience. we had reflected the “authentic” menu, the regional cuisine as chosen by the chef. we also added the wee pairings designed to produce the best of the aromes. in reality was the menu courses with surprises and extras. service was exceptionally attentive, friendly but never intrusive."

"We ordered a scrapbook for four, which is regional. While we are in savoy, we were served not an old-fashioned raclette with a real big cheese, but a vulgar grilled raclette, all worn, with slices of cheese without any doubt industrial and insipid and very bad range meatcuterie. all for an exorbitant amount of 90 euros, for ridiculous portions of cheese and charcuterie! cherry on the cake, extra pay if we wanted more. empty restaurant while neighboring restaurants are full, we understand why! On the other hand, adorable waiter! at any cost!!"

"We had dinner tonight at Le Martagon, a summer evening, most alternatives closed. We came on recommendation and we were very happy for the experience. Excellent food, surprisingly prepared salad and fantastic meat 'a la plancha'. Good relation between quality and price. Who wants to have a decent dish does not have to expect any sort of deception. We were delighted, especially by the exceptionally friendly service. Good selection of wines."

"Unpleasant and unprofessional service. Price widely above other altitude restaurants and quality largely below. Clean average snack. The restaurant is much less frequented than its competitors. Special mention to the reservation: "12:30 not 12:45, we have a second service." ok, it's normal. We arrange to be good at the time (at nine). on site: in dreams the second service. empty room at the two-thirds.---------Unpleasant and unprofessional service, borderline obnoxious.Premium pricing versus other alternatives (in plattieres 3 for example) and food quality way below average.All of the above reflected in much lower traffic. about 2/3 empty whilst other places require booking a day in advance."

"Husband and I went at the end of the summer season. On arrival things looked uninviting as we looked into the bar a basic local French bar in a small village. We were then taken through to a charming restaurant where we were the...only diners. The service was absolutely charming and informative and we were allowed to battle on in our mediocre French despite the fact that maitre d' spoke excellent English. Thank you for that as it is nice to try! Food was seasonal and absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked. Have heard it is a good place for lunch for skiers in the winter season. Our summer evening there was a delight."

"Great cozy atmosphere, highly recommended. decorated tartiflette (gross part) and ravioli both delicious. good selection of children's menus (and not just the standard nuggets) with mini tertiflette super delicious. the staff is very friendly and smily. somewhat more expensive (as rough average €35 per person. here) at approx. €40 people wein included, which is excellent."

"We asked Sarah and Eric at Aux Petits Oignons if they could host our wedding reception after their restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Although hosting a wedding was a first for them, we could not have asked for a better experience! Right from the start, Sarah and Eric were warm and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful - not only proposing a delicious menu plus wine for the wedding breakfast, but also making additional suggestions to help us organise our Méribel wedding. Eric even arranged with a local baker to have a wedding croquembouche made for us! On the day, Sarah and Eric, and their staff, were so accommodating - when we arrived at Aux Petits Oignons they had already set up the tables, which were beautifully decorated, they had lit a roaring fire and had champagne at the ready to welcome us! The canapés that Eric had prepared for our arrival were to die for - my particular favourite was the foie gras and mango toast! I can honestly say that the three-course meal that Eric prepared for our wedding breakfast was the best food I've ever tasted. Not only that, Eric managed to serve all of our 34 guests with the most beautifully presented dishes imaginable. All our guests commented about how fantastic the food was, and how lovely all the staff were.Sarah and Eric at Aux Petits Oignons truely helped to make our wedding day unforgettable, and we can't wait to visit their restaurant again next ski season!"
