"90% of restaurants closed on 08/10 in Ste Croix de Vercors (04). But the Plancha is open this Sunday and we booked. Experience this weekend. Back after eating, very friendly welcome by the boss. Cocoa egg with foie gras: a pleasure. The bath and excellent intercoast, of very good quality and mastered kitchen. For meat lovers: go! I'll be back next year."
