"So far the best restaurant we have been in Lisbon. Great cosy ambiance, attentive and helpful staff and indeed perfect food. Scallop risotto was the star of the table. Extraordinary. 10/10 Baked Nisa cheese with bacon was great. Do not forget to ask for the bread basket as an accompany. 8/10 Indian curry prawns with rice was good with nice texture. 8/10 Truffle mustard croqquette was a delish starter. 7/10 Will definitely be back to try their risotto. It will be nice to pair with Jose Avillez white house wine."

"Quaint place, remnant of by gone era. Décor not updated for the last 20 years but neither is the price list. Food is simply cooked and presented in a somewhat old fashioned way, but is very good quality. Chocolate mousse is the best I have ever tried. In fact, it was so good, I had to have another one. Location is central, yet not a single tourist but me was there at lunch time. The other 3-4 tables were occupied by clearly local clientele who appreciate unrushed but impeccable service. I allowed myself to relax, let go of the world outside and just enjoy being looked after. Time very pleasantly spent."
