"Very mixed review: A couple visit on Friday night. Negative points: impossible here to take a cup of champagne. We only serve the bottle or 1/2 on the pretext that if no other customer takes it, the bottle will be spoiled while the resto is almost complete on Friday night and I doubt that no other customer will order it on the entire WE. We bring you direct entry without mouth at the aperitif...rare today in this type of restaurant. But we sell aperitive boards... Choice of wine with very limited glass in range. Warm other choice than taking a bottle! Portion of foie gras stirred ridiculously small, moreover other customers this evening complained... and too cooked. Cabillaud also too cooked on an uncontrolled risotto. These points were highlighted to one of the waitresses to relay to the chief. Extremely noisy room because high ceiling. Coffee served with a simple speculos as in a bar while the restaurant provides in pastries... a small chocolate or mini pastry would have been appreciated to finish the meal. Positive points: excellent calf ribs and generous portion. The carlottes purée that accompanies it is also very good. Nice part of cheese. Excellent practice. Effective and friendly service. Warm winter decoration. The quality of this restaurant has declined since our last visits, more concerned with treating the result account rather than customer satisfaction. That is not incompatible. Notice Michelin deserves an update."
