"This establishment had a kind of descent to the hells and we had renounced to go back. having learned that a new team had taken over the torch we wanted to reconnect with our old habits. Well, we've taken it. We were very satisfied. Not only is the view exceptional but everything is refined in this castle: furniture, paintings, tapestries. the gardens are splendid and deserve a visit alone. and then lunch on the terrace with under the eyes a good tip of the coast of azur is a rare pleasure that justifies the relatively high prices of the map. We had no idea of the kitchen. Well, she definitely recovered. everything was good and well served, foie gras, lamb, desserts. service was also impeccable. We can only congratulate the new direction and his leader for awakening this beautiful dormant wood."

"Visited here after reading good reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. Gorgeous little restaurant with a lovely terrace and great views over the hills. The food was the best we have had on Cote D'Azur. Only waiters so don't be in a rush...but the food is worth waiting for. Very friendly service and very busy, must Book. Not too expensive either, euros for main meals with dessert and drinks. Thoroughly recommend."

"Truly the work of an artist, La Cassoulette's dishes were beautiful in concept, taste,and visual pleasure. An Amuse Bouche of carrot purée and whipped cream was a delightful surprise. An entree of grenouilles were fresh and tiny, a pile in a green parsley creme 'pond' that was both an experience and a taste sensation. We also had grilled calamari and risotto that was a perfect dream of flavors. Pure pleasure of ambience, charm, simplicity of decor and genuine warmth. Cannot recommend it more highly."

"Friends recommend we try their lamb. Best restaurant for lamb. We were greeted by a sweet elderly lady and seated. I ordered champagne and froi gras to start and we both ordered the saddle of lamb. A few minutes later. The woman who seated us...started the wood fireplace and placed the lamb on a rotisserie and cooked it to perfection. It was so delicious juicy and tender. We later found out she was 90 and the original owner of the restaurant. Which even made it extra special. Would recommend trying this quaint restaurant."
