"At the bottom of vienne, in the quartir of the isle, there is a small bar-restaurant that does not pay for a mine: at Norman and philippe. the restaurant room looks old and quite unwelcome. However, staff (patron as waitress) is very welcoming; Smile and politeness are at the rendezvous, a pleasure so. Once installed, the waitress offered us 3 different menus, the menu of the day to 14€, and two menus to 19€50. I chose the veal head menu at 19€50. In the entrance, a small salad of chew with times homemade fat. The salad has nothing exceptional if it is only the foie gras is delicious though not provided enough. Then, steam potato with calf head. a treat of tenderness for me who appreciates these products that I don't have the opportunity to eat often. Little flat, a lack of seasoning. I mean, a little pie with lemon meringue. as a big lime pie lover, hard to pass by, and I did well because it was delicious. Finally, at Norbert and phillipe is a small, non-pretentious establishment, serving a generous quality cuisine, with fresh and homemade products for menus ranging from 14€ to 19€50. proof that the chef loves his business and his clients!In any case, if you go, don't stop at the pace of the restaurant or the restaurant. You'll be surprised by the chef's cuisine!"

"We decided to try Le Muse after reading the fabulous Trip Advisor reviews I am delighted to say, that we were not disappointed. The owner was delighted when we told him we were Australian said he had had many Aussie visitors recently. Despite...his English limitations my French inadequacies, we managed perfectly to request seating outside on the terrace to order the Entree Plat du Jour from the Formule menu of the day. As our table progressively became more sun drenched, the owner graciously advised that he would bring us a ‘parasol’ to keep us, our meal our wine shaded. He was extremely helpful obliging. The meal itself was exquisite perfectly presented on the plate. Our Entree included a beef lentil terrine covered with a light mustard cream studded with mushroom radish slices decorated with swirls of beetroot coulis. It was light, but full of flavour, with neither beef nor lentils overpowering the flavour was pleasantly enhanced by the deep red beetroot coulis. The ‘Plat du Jour’ was a perfectly seared Tuna steak embedded with Sesame seeds served on a bed of black rice with finely diced vegetables in a light oil. The tuna was still nicely pink inside its flavour delicately enhanced by the sesame seeds. A perfect balance of complimentary flavours. My spouse also decided to sample the dessert, which comprised a meringue base, topped with genuine home-made vanilla ice cream (complete with vanilla bean seeds), fresh figs, strawberries, raspberries, strawberry sorbet a dash of cream. It looked too good to eat, but he assures me it was ‘unbelievable’. A fabulous finale to a fabulous meal! A tribute to the Chef. Would highly recommend would definitely return. Perfection on a plate!"
