"As with each pass in a Hippopotamus restaurant, I was not disappointed in my passage in this restaurant. I was well received by a loving young woman who placed me correctly at a table near the bay window. I discovered that the restaurant is nicely spacious and well arranged. Once I was installed I was taken care of by a very friendly young server called Stéphane, who has me throughout the meal served to perfection, not hesitating to ensure that the client is perfectly served and satisfied. I have to ask for a 19.90 euro Coup de Coeur menu that wants to make as in Buffalo Grill that for the same price has a Sheriff menu with flat entry dessert drink but be careful to read the map because here the Coup de Coeur menu corresponds only to flat entry drink or flat dessert drink but not all together! So I had the wrong surprise of my reading error to pay 5 extra euros for having taken 3 courses and not 2 as indicated on the map so be careful not to make the same mistake as me! Apart from this little surprise the meal went perfectly well. I took in the entrance of the mayonnaise eggs quite succulent succulent Œufs hard outdoor, mayonnaise, chives, cheese crumble. In Main dish it was the Burger Hippo Steak haché way bouchère, grilled bacon, confit onions, tomato, Roman salad, Cheddar sauce, Hippo sauce, bun brioché. The 'hamburger was so good that I devour it in less than 4 min and don't talk about apples in the oven with their herb sauce that will always remain the best accompaniment in a main dish! In dessert it was the Chocolate Mousse served at will! The meal was so copious that after finishing it and drinking all that I had left of orange juice and water it took me no less than three hours to digest everything! Ultimately it is a good restaurant where you can spend a very good quiet evening around good dishes at reasonable prices in a pleasant setting, with a quality service. So I recommend and come back with pleasure."
