"This visit started great, but then not so much. We walked in on Saturday with a party of 18. The hostess said she had to speak her manager before she could acknowledge if we could sit or not, um ok. Manager comes up and tell us we can be seated in the same section just not together, um ok. We 've been to other Longhorns before with about the same amount of people. We 've either sat at a very long table or in a table and the booths surrounding the table. I assumed this would be 1 of the options. Boy was I wrong. Once seated we had 2 ten seater tables clear across the room from each other. If you were a stranger looking at us, you 'd assume we weren 't together. I asked about having us sit at the booths and just one of the tables. The hostess again had to get the manager. This time 2 came out. Once we started talking 1 walked away and the one from earlier remained. Boy, her attitude was fun, neck rolling and all. She stated it was due to covid that they can only sit 10 per table. Now this would be ok IF you weren 't going to sit strangers behind us, which is what I kept saying. She eventually said fine and told us we would need to go back up front for them to clean the two booths. At that point we were over her attitude, so we did not go back up front, but they did clean the tables. Service... we had 2 servers. The guy waiting on the table seemed to be well and everyone food came out and was great. Our server, not so much. My sister after repeatedly asking for the Sprite that comes free with her son 's kids meal was told he doesnt want it and she tried to take it out of her hand! Then she never brought ordered drinks from the bar, so they went to the bar to order and pay. The steak came out over cooked(which isnt her fault) ,she did correct that. My bill was incorrect and couldnt be properly fixed because I paid some in gift card that they had already trashed. We go to longhorn alot and besides the no wait, this was by far one of the worst experiences just because of the service that started with a manager. If you can 't sit large parties just say that, don 't try to split us up like strangers just to still take our money."

"We had a great visit here. 2 adults and 4 kids and they were super accommodating. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was great for a family and the food was wonderful. We really enjoyed it and will be back on our next visit to town."

"Most of it was good but once again the pepper. This chef LOVES the pepper. My steak literally burnt my lips. It was even in the mac n cheese. I ate what I could and we got it to go and left. This was my 3rd time here this year and if I'm honest I want to go back but am worried about my food being to hot to eat. I really miss all the flavors. But I'm tired of throwing food out and wasting literally $40 to $50 bucks each time."

"Yummy baked potato. I got the bacon, broccoli cheese potato with sour cream and butter. All the fixings were pre-made they just added them to the baked potato. And there was plenty of toppings on a nice big potato. They do not accept cash."

"I came in tonight ordered the Philly cheesesteak potatoe the customer service was great and the lady behind the counter was so nice I only had a twenty dollar bill I was short a dollar she told me to just come back again and I will this potatoe is sooo good and fresh and it’s huge if u haven’t been here you need to try it"
