"The food was fantastic perfectly cooked medium rare strip steak. My wife had the filet and loved it. We were in the mood for cheese as a desert. They didn't have it on the menu but the owner came out and told us he would have someone get some from his other Bethesda restaurant. And that was delicious too."

"New Entrees Favorites Served. I visit here very often for lunch. I don 't always review everything. See Photos-What they typically serve. I visited today, on the menu: pumpkin/sweet potato bisque (Wonderful blend of purée pumpkin, sweet potato, vegetable stock, cream cinnamon). Yes one of my favorite soups-great w/crackers. The Make Your Own Stuff Baked Potato Pasta Bar are most popular among regulars. New entrees debut as chefs choice. Always professional/courteous service."

"Restaurant was full, including the party rooms. Our waiter's tables were not bunched together but instead spread out across the room. That made it impossible for him to, at a glance, attend to his patrons. He never refilled our water glasses. It didn't appear there were any busboys. I ordered by steak black blue. It didn't come out charred as it should have. The corn souffle wasn't brought out with the steaks. We were halfway through dinner when it arrived ice cold. The second attempt was not much better. Had to waive at our waiter from across the room to get our check. This is not the Morton's standard I'm accustom to."

"There's not many places now-a-days where you can get a baked potato. I mean... Wendys... and a high end steakhouses. To my knowledge, the spud really stops there. J Chows does have baked potatoes though. And my baked potato was pretty solid. Amongst the weird things I've been craving recently, baked potatoes is one of them. You have the option to get it topped with a few things. I can't remember the options, but I just opted for a little butter and sour cream which come on the side. The gentleman at the counter was very nice, and even was kind to the somewhat odd gentleman who came up during our transaction and started asking him questions while i was still ordering. It was a bit odd. I also ordered a side of steamed vegetables which were QUITE good. They were very fresh and steamed perfectly. They're known for their chicken salad, but they are definitely a unique staple for some other things. Ugh, now I'm craving a baked potato again. Fun fact, I made baked potatoes for thanksgiving this year and had a little loaded buffet side station with sour cream, chives, butter, and bacon. Let's bring back baked potatoes. Yes... there's a thousand ways to make potatoes... but arn't the simplest things sometimes the best. My friend asked me while I was eating the baked potato if I ate the potato skin. Uhhh... of course I do... I'm not a lunatic."
