"The food is amazing. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Many gourmet dishes to choose from!! Our server clearly tried their best to be attentive to the many customers she had. Large tap beer and wine selection! The caramel cheese bombs are amazing ....must try!!! One thing we didn't know was to book on Friday night."

"Oh My Goodness. They bring the steak out on a hot plate with melted butter and parsley that keeps the steak warm throughout the whole meal. We had fried green tomatoes that are topped with crab meat and homemade blue cheese dressing. Every table is full and there is no shortage of staff. The desserts are massive."

"So we need to make a trip from the west coast to Chicago and we decided to stop in Billing. So we were looking for a good steak. We found Jake's downtown. So this place is right at a corner in the small downtown and when you go into it is beautiful. When you go up, you will see one of the bars they have, which was very busy on Thursday at 5 pm. We checked in the host and then took a place at the bar and had a glass of wine. Happy hour we believe it was 4 to 6:30, which was nice. We then went back to the host and wanted to take our table, but gave it to an older couple who didn't want to sit in the bar area. So we made a high summit there and we were glad we did. We had this lady as our server. We forgot her name, but she wasn't one of the young and had about shoulder length dirty brown hair. She was so pleasant and happy. We started with the bastards and the chicken wings. Wow, the chicken wings were great. We could have had a few orders. The pot stickers were good, but not as in the same level as the wings. Next we had a salad. My wife had a house salad nothing special, but was fresh. I had the wedge and they give you more than enough toppings on that wedge. I also had the French onion soup. Great flavors, but not the best from a 5 I would need it a 3rd work. Next, my wife had the Ribs that had a big BBQ sauce that they did in the house. Unfortunately, this was the best part of the ribs. They were very dry. So sad. I had the ribbed eye that was amazing, and we also had the Elchmedaillons and well cooked a little over. They should be rare, but rather moderate. They all came with sides. We choose garlic potatoes and broccoli. Both were amazing. Next was a dessert that was great. So we would like to go back and try other things, but we would just if we had the same server we had"
