"We booked our table and were told in advance it would be outside which was fine as it was undercover and had a heater. There was a lot of food choices, maybe too many. Food did take a long time to come out. Seemed a...bit disorganised. But when the food arrived it was beautiful. Lovely fresh salad and presented well. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Not a place to go if you’re in a rush, but great food"

"We didn't have a booking but they fitted us in upstairs, nice atmosphere but very busy and we had over an hors wait for the food. Upon asking when our food would be ready, we were told that is was coming out now which was a lie and then we were told if we'd arrived on time for our table we wouldn't still be waiting - we didn't even book a table!Service was very disappointing but when the food came it was delicious, one of the best steaks I've ever had and the potato and sauce were yummy.When we left we said it would have been better if we'd been told about the long wait but the receptionist was quite belligerent and couldn't care less, said we should know its busy every Friday - I've never been to Geelong before so how would I know!The other tables also had problems with service, one prson on a table near us didn't get his meal until all the others had finished! Would go back for the food but service needs attention."

"Inattentive staff, waiter never checked our table after the first review, order was wrong, forgotten tweeper rings, was not even on the harbour. steakhouse, which cannot cook as they ask, does not count as proper steakhouse, they use a thermometer when their cook is incompetent. this place feels like he's headed by school children. they asked to go take to cook the steak right home and misunderstood them, to bind the food and tell us they were not licensed, to leave. it is clear that the outside world does not see the bad quality."
