"Good place/Bad location. We love going to Beef's, mainly because we never have to wait (not sure if good or a bad thing) and they have good happy hour specials. I can get great food here too, it's more bar food if you like that, but they have fantastic pub chips, and their sandwiches/wings/fish n chips all of these things are very good and not too crazily priced. I can't seem to remember a time I had a bad server, I think they do a decent job, but that may have to do with it never being too busy. I will say the location is not very good, and this may be the reason they aren't too busy, but if you wan't a good cheap beer and some pretty good bar food, give it a try!"

"It was my wife and I 48 wedding anniversary July 13 I made reservations there. So the hostess got us a table the waitress took our order we got the Zucchini Chips, 2 ice teas 1 water. Got the large chicken fried steak we share it got 2 baked Potato and a salad. Well we got our Zucchini Chips but nothing to drink my wife and I was upset cause we haven't gotten our drinks yet. I had to tell the waitress that we need our drinks. We got our salad later we got our drinks. We was really upset cause we could got our drinks before the salad and zucchini chips. Well at a hour later we got our food. My wife and I was very upset on how our service was so we won't be going back."

"Amazing is about the best word that comes to mind. This is the first time I have ever been to a McAlister's and I will definitely be back. The meat was moist, the bread was fresh and the taste was perfect. You totally have to try the fresh Spuds too! I love a potatoes! My son even said that this location is way better than the Amarillo location. Oh and the Assistant Manager has the best customer service I have seen in a fast food location. Thank you for a great dinner!!!"

"Service was great from Victoria. The food was good. The silverware and glasses were not. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned. The glasses and silverware had buildup on them. That’s the only bad about our meal. Otherwise we will be back. Oh, and they didn’t have grapefruit to make a salty dog, but that’s no big deal. I prefer clean dishes and silverware over the drink."

"My wife and I share the two meat plates. Ribs and brisket, the ribs were delicately covered by the bone, and very good, the brisket was also delicate and tasty. The service was also great. The banana pudding was very fresh and good. We will return."

"I enjoy the different baked potatoes like the green chili chicken baked potato, but there bowls have been kind of bland the last time I went. Still a great place to go for lunch, I just won't go out of my way to go. Nice place with nice folks. Worth a try if you haven't been."

"The atmosphere was so inviting. Grant was our waiter and he was amazing. He had fantastic recommendations! Steak was cooked for perfection. It was mouthwater. The truffle potatoes were family style and melted in the mouth! If I lived in Lubbock, I would be in trouble as this would be a frequent dinner option! Thanks for making our dinner great!"
