"My steak was not bad, don't know why they seated us in the bar area. The place was empty. My husband got the buffet and it was a couple of rooms away. We should be back next time we're in Odessa."

"Not going to lie.... When the hubby wanted to go here for Valentine's Day I was not excited.. But y'all, it was fantastic!!! I had the spiced shrimp, cucumbers onions, smoked baked potato, and roll!! My hubby had the hot roast beef with mashed potatoes and he raved about it and he never gets excited about food. And then our service was so good. The server thought our food didn't come out soon enough and gave us free dessert!! Our entire bill with a 20% tip was $40! Plus we enjoyed visiting the locals and they gave away free roses as you left."

"My meal was undercooked, the pattie was still pink cold in the middle, when I called to talk to someone, they asked me to send them pictures and stated that's how it was suppose to be. I've ordered this meal several times before and it was cooked all the way, so I'm more than sure this is not the way it was supposed to be. They did not even make the attempt to make it right, or correct my order. Even so, the person who took the order should have asked how I wanted it cooked, because not everyone likes their meat undercooked. Such a shame that this is the way they do buisness."

"First and foremost, the booking of a “priority sitting time” on open table for red lobster does nothing to make them faster than a walk in. at least the two different hostess told me in the restaurant. we went in 5 minutes early from our chosen time and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. then after 40 minutes we were told it would be around another 30th so wait for an hour overall. eating was slow to come. my daughter order was entered wrong and arrived until everyone else had eaten. overall no good experience in eating or service."
