"Growing up in Orlando I always drove by this restaurant as a kid and even as an adult. I have never actually been in this restaurant until this one time. You always see a full parking lot and hear about this restaurant amongst many different foodie channels, and it's loved by the locals. I had to give it a try myself. I made a reservation the same day of as soon as they open at 4 PM. The reservation process was not too difficult because they had reservations the same evening. When I called, I heard a voicemail and they gave a phone number to text to confirm a reservation. . As my appetizer, I ordered the French onion soup because it just looks so good and it was. The creamy cheese to the rich onion flavor of the soup was exactly what I wanted and an appetizer. For my main course I ordered the T-bone especially after just coming back from Florence and having so much Florentine steak. I wanted to give it a try to see if I liked it better or did I like the steak in Florence better? Although I think the Florentine steak was better, this was still a very good steak. The service was very good and everything came out very fast and fresh. Our server was very attentive. This is a classic steakhouse and so if you're craving a nice steak, this is the place to go."

"This is my first 1 star review I have ever done in my life. I placed a $33 order, went in to pay for it with my $100 go-gift card (it's a gift card with multiple eligible restaurants including Outback). I've used this type of gift card before with no issues- they told me they couldn't use it and there was a specific process I had to do to get a unique gift card specific for Outback BUT they didn't know what that process was. I called customer service, read all the directions, googled everything, and even read the legal fine print on the website- they were wrong! All you have to do is run it like a credit just like anyone other one. I ended up leaving with cold food that I had to purchase on my credit card and a $100 gift card that they don't know how to use despite the clear instructions right on the card. If you have one of these gift cards... use another restaurant because apparently outback doesn't know how to run a gift card as a credit."
