"Chili was a hit today! The service was great, also with them, short of staff and the food was delicious! They gave us a lot of food for our money and everything tasted fresh! I got a classic bacon burger and a bowl chili to dive my frits and take it home, because we also got the sampler and also filled it, so I was kind of full of it! They gave a hearty part of the Chicken Fajitas and the corn was to die!!! Let's talk about the drink of the month, the vampires Rita, who was so good, I had 2!!! Chili is sometimes hit or miss, but I always come for food, so I'm glad that this tip was great!"

"I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my husband. Service was good. The food had no season at all. No salt, pepper, old bay, butter; NOTE! The baked sweet potato tasted like cloves that were evil. The vegetables were simply beaten again. Sweet potato biscuit was dense. Sweet tea tasted like dirt. For you to have fresh seafood, you need to learn how to season it. We won't be back."

"The first time the ribs were juicy and fall off the bone. The 2nd time, I tried the brisket, and got ribs again, and they were dry, yet they still tasted really good. Key lime pie, and coconut cream pie are good. Try this place at least once. It may be a hit or miss joint though."

"Pulled into the parking lot expecting to go to Surf Rider only to find the original location was moved in with Lils Country Kitchen. Had no idea until we sat down and then it was too late to leave. Looked at the menu for the chicken wrap I always get at Surf Rider and the waitress said the Surf Rider menu is used later in the day. Total disappointment. We should have left at that point. I ordered the veggie omelet, it was awful: paper think, tasteless, the worst I've ever had. My toast wasn't even brought out with the meal, My husband had the flounder sandwich, it was tasty but it kept falling apart as he ate it. The parmesan tater tots, no parmesan on them. We were seated right next to the kitchen which was extremely noisy. A door is definitely needed there. I know covid may be the cause for the merging of 2 restaurants but seems like a new name is needed. FYI...We were there at noon and received a Lil's Country Kitchen menu."

"Endless shrimp times two. Restaurant was slow but still took 30 minutes to get seated in an empty bar area. Not sure what was going on so I won't pass judgment. Waitress was great, food was great."
