"If you like being really disappointed when you go out to dinner, this is the place for you. This place is terrible. It started when we put our name in upon arrival. We were told it would be 30 minutes and then we noticed others getting seated who arrived after us. After an hour we saw the hostess crumble up the sheet with our name on it and and toss it away. We finally got seated after an hour and 10 minutes at a filthy table that had ketchup all over it, we asked to have it cleaned again. Then one of the bread plates came out with food all over it, yuk. After we placed our order, it took forever for the food to arrive and it wasn't even hot, warm at best and our drinks were never refilled. The waitress couldn't have cared less about taking care of us. Given the quantity and quality of the food compared to the prices, the value isn't very good either. Bottom line, go elsewhere."

"Food was very good, atmosphere was great, however service was not very good. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but when my glass is empty that's where I start changing my opinion. We could see our server on the deck serving other tables and she wasdoing good for them, but we had to have other waiters get us a refill, and ketchup. This would have been a 5 star review but Ihad to deduct for service. The prices are on the expensive side, which is typically no issue as long as the food and service andatmosphere warrant it. Also if using debit or credit you will be hit with a 4% surcharge. I do not enjoy leaving negativereviews, however I want to give a truthful review."

"I had a wonderful experience at Eleni’s! i was greeted by a lovely cashier by the name of Lily who was exceptionally kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best Greek food experience imaginable. Her smile alone sweetened my meal, which was delicious! Keep shining, my little star! Also, the chicken was good. Dietary restrictions: I have several allergies, and the restaurant was very considerate of these impairments! A special thanks to Lily who ensured that my vinaigrette had no eggs. "The food and the wait staff was awesome! I was very happily impressed with the food and menu for a single location restaurant. I had the sirloin tips, green beans, and a baked potato. It was all very good and the green beans were a very pleasant surprise. The facilities are older but clean and comfortable. Restrooms were clean and stocked too."
