"We went there on Sunday night. It was really quiet. It seemed there were more staff than patrons. However, service was still not up to the standard. The waitress, apparently new to the place, didnt know well enough the menu to make any suggestion or advice. We checked that there was a complimentary bottle of wine when paid by citibank card but they had no clue what it was. Not until we showed them the website and they had rang to the boss or manager.<br/ <br/ Xia long Bao was tasty and juicy and handmade stir fried noodle was not disappointing. Fried rice was not memorable and the spare rib was too hard and chewy, which just be there whole night, no one wanted to take the second piece. <br/ <br/ This place was affordable. We ordered 4 dishes and coke, with a complimentary bottle for only $50."

"The Crock 'n 'Roll adds a twist to the standard and expected crocque by offering up lots of different options and styles, from Germain to Alabama and Mexicooo so something for every taste. In addition, they offer a build your own option, as well as samplers....Visiting with a family of six (four adults, two children), they did not really have seating outside, but that was quickly fixed by our waitress, who was superb throughout our lunch stay. Despite her injured hand, she worked hard and really made our lunch enjoyable, and wanting us to come back for more. We had several of the different croque options, a variety of desserts, and generally enjoyed our visit very much. I have no problems recommending the Crock 'n 'Roll."

"Went here for the first time on Valentine's day, I had been looking forward to trying this place for a while as I had heard good things, my friend and I arrived 45minutes before the shop closed and the lady working wouldn't let us sit down because she had just cleaned the seating area, and had no customer service skills what so ever, no smiles, no hellos really not impressed, but the ice cream was great!"
