"Had a bad experience with the Manager Zori at Cafe del Sol Olivedale on 14 February. On arrival we were seated at a table right in the entrance of the dining area. When I enquired of Zori whether we could be moved to one of the other 8 open tables, I was rudely informed No and that all tables were reserved. This despite us having a reservation. Fortunately, one of the other managers came to our rescue, and we were seated at another table. By the time we left the restaurant after more than 2 hours, nobody had been seated at our original table. Bad attitude and rudeness spoiled what could have been a pleasant outing. Seems Zori does not care about her customers."
