"After having such an enjoyable meal at Violeta's sister restaurant (Sichaun Bang Bang) the previous night, I decided to come back and try the pizza on offer at Violeta's. Coming from Melbourne, a city that prides itself on it's pizza, I can honestly say that this is some of the best pizza that I've had in years. In my opinion it's the base that makes a pizza and on the pizzas that were served up to us, it was near perfect. I'm not sure if it's the impressive looking pizza oven that does the job or the real Italian pizza chefs that are making it, but whatever they are doing, it's working. Highly recommend the Prima Vera."

"Got recommended to me by cousins so I tried the pizza and pasta and it was the biggest disappointment! Literally took 1 bite of the pizza and I was done, did not touch the rest ! Same with the pasta I have 1 mouthful and it was just salty pasta! Not good at all and will never go back !!"

"Appears to have changed management and no longer impressed with the service waiter was rushed and non caring, cleared table while people were eating, spoke too quickly, also served unlabelled wine and was unable to tell any information about the brand or alcohol content etc. Had to also get our own menus and request water and salt and pepper for the table. The food was still nice but service had decreased significantly since our last visit last year."

"Thank you to all the wonderful staff who were involved in making my husbands 40th last night a truly memorable evening. Julia was so warm and was very attentive to details co-ordinating things and great with dietary requirements too. The food and wine were simply amazing. The Cellar is the perfect location for an intimate function and we can safely say our guests not only found the venue impressive but all had a fantastic time! Congratulations to this beautiful Brisbane restaurant."
