"Locale tranquillo e caratteristico nel centro di Savognin, annesso all’hotel Romana. Ambiente rustico in legno, ma intimo e adatto anche a cene di coppia. La cucina è tipicamente svizzera e di buona qualità: abbiamo provato una zuppa di zucca molto cremosa (con i semi di zucca lasciati interi) e un piatto di pasta indicata nel menu come pizzoccheri, ma in realtà molto diversi da quelli valtellinesi: si trattava invece di una sorta di spatzle con formaggio e menta, molto profumati. Prezzi nella media svizzera, quindi medio-alti (32 franchi per 2 primi e una caraffa d’acqua, quest’ultima oltre i 6 franchi). Servizio cortese (la padrona parlava italiano e ci ha consigliato dettagliatamente sui piatti)."
